An ear, nose and throat specialist I saw a while back agreed with me that it was steroids that caused it (for me). I actually have been taking lipo-flavonoid for 5 weeks now and love it. The tinnitus started five days later when I finished taking steroids. In fact, I've been off the new steroids - the prednisone - now for a day or two and the tinnitus is much better.
